About Me
Who Am I?
I'm Agnieszka Więckiewicz, but you're welcome to just call me Ags. I've been a graphic designer for as long as I can remember. Before I started my career, I was running home from class in high school to play with some new options in Photoshop. Since then almost 11 years of professional designing have passed and I'm still as enthusiastic as I was back then.
What I've Done So Far?
I started out as an intern in a local advertising agency—offered a full-time position after just one week. Two years of juggling everything from DTP (think brochures, booklets) to branding, websites, and full campaign launches shaped me into a well-rounded designer, ready to take on the world. I gave freelancing a try for a year, then stepped back into the office world for an exciting chapter in the beauty industry, where I added packaging design to my skill set.
Fast forward to today: I’ve recently wrapped up a dynamic role at BURGA, a leading fashion e-commerce brand, where I managed a team of ads designers and oversaw creative output across five PODs. I managed campaign launches, helped shape the company's annual advertising vision, and independently supervised a project of building a 3D product renders library to streamline team workflows. It was a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment—and I loved every moment of it.
Before that, I was designing board games like Monopoly and Cluedo as a Senior Graphic Designer, where I mentored juniors, managed studio resources, and even stepped in to support six international offices (the UK, the USA, France, Germany, Poland, and Australia) whenever the Head of Design was away.
What Else Can I Do?
Thanks to my experience across different industries—from advertising and beauty to fashion e-commerce—I’ve built a broad and versatile skill set. Along the way, I’ve been told I bring a mix of approachability and professionalism to the table, which has helped me become a supportive team leader and a reliable mentor. I'm quick to adapt, eager to learn, and always looking for ways to grow—whether that means diving into new tools or upskilling through courses (including photo retouching, After Effects, and Figma). I'm also passionate about languages: I’ve reached an intermediate level in French, and I’m currently studying Japanese and Korean—because learning never really stops.
